Mushroom Powder
What can you use it for? Well that’s up to you, you can use it in soups, butters, cream cheese, or bake it into a bread recipe. Your imagination is the only thing that will limit you.

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse/process until they’re ground into a fine powder.

Store in an airtight container, where it will keep for several months.
Note
Substitute porcini mushrooms for the shitake. Porcinis have a stronger flavor.
