Environmental Fun Fair 2026
The Minnesota Mycological Society is heading to Fridley’s Environmental Fun Fair, a free community celebration of sustainability, nature, and hands-on learning hosted by the City of Fridley at Springbrook Nature Center.
We’ll be among 20+ exhibitors — from the International Wolf Center to pollinator ambassadors to watershed organizations — sharing fungal specimens, talking fungi with curious visitors of all ages, and connecting with folks interested in MMS classes, membership, and upcoming events.
The Environmental Fun Fair runs Saturday, May 2, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Springbrook Nature Center in Fridley. Grab an Event Passport when you arrive — visit exhibitors, collect stamps, and enter to win environmentally themed prizes. There will also be special performers and a free pop-up community toy store stocked with gently used toys, games, books, and art supplies.
