Mushroom Cultivation – not just oysters!

Courtney Osborn is the founder of Myco-Op, a fungal research and development laboratory based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Myco-Op is dedicated to the exploration and cultivation of specialty fungi, coupled with the extraction of functional mushrooms. But, Myco-Op is more than just a supplier of mushroom products, they’re a community-driven cooperative, fueled by their love for mycology and committed to empowering individuals to cultivate mushrooms in their own homes.

Presentations are recorded and posted a few days later on the MMS YouTube channel. This meeting is free and open to the public. Members receive Zoom links on meeting announcements and reminders.
