MMS/Cable Natural History Museum Foray
23845 Co Hwy M
This event is an annual foray in Cable, WI led by members of the MMS in conjunction with the Cable Natural History Museum to help locals and visitors learn about the many fungi that can be found in the area. The foray will begin at the Namakagon Town Hall at 10:00 am and will be free and open to the public, but requests preregistration through the Cable Museum website. It is not an official MMS foray so does not follow our foray sign-up process.
Lodging, meals and transportation will be at your expense and will be up to each person to arrange. There are various lodging options in the area.
Forays are guided mushroom hunts followed by an identification session for all mushrooms collected. If you wish to join the MMS, visit our membership page.
