- Participants in the raffle or silent auction must be present at the time winners are announced to receive their items.
- Don’t forget to bring cash or checks for your auction purchases. No credit cards accepted.
Luncheon Menu:
Mushroom Forward Menu: Presented by Executive Chef, Dan Calloway
1st Course – Baby Kale and King Oyster Salad: Baby kale, King Oyster scallop, shaved artichoke, pickled shallot & lemon vinaigrette, dinner rolls & butter.
2nd Course – Pappardelle Mushroom Medley: Pappardelle, Cremini and Shitake mushrooms with roasted parsnip in Porcini and vegetable sauce on spinach, topped with crème fraiche.
3rd Course – Chocolate Trumpet Torte: Flourless chocolate and Black Trumpet torte topped with fresh berry cream and candied Maitake.

Attendance and registration:
Only MMS members can register, but can add guests (non-members) as additional attendees to their registration. Seating is limited to 120 registered attendees.
Cost is $40.00 per person. No refunds will be processed, unless the entire event is cancelled. If a waitlist exists and you need to cancel, the banquet planner may be able to help facilitate a ticket exchange with a waitlisted member.
Pre-registration and payment is required on-line (no checks). Unless this event fills up earlier, registration closes at the end of the day on Sunday, January 28, 2024.
