Our Annual MMS Awards Banquet will be on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at the Minnesota Valley Country Club in Bloomington, MN.

1st Course – Spinach & Maitake Salad: Baby spinach, caramelized Maitake mushrooms, warm pancetta vinaigrette, soft boiled local egg, pickled onion & brie, dinner rolls & butter

2nd Course – Lion’s Mane Butler Steak: Herb seared flat iron steak with Porcini demi-glace, Lion’s Mane, broccolini and fingerling potato

2nd Course – Lion’s Mane Risotto (vegetarian option): Seared Lion’s Mane, Purple Haze chevre, Porcini risotto & roast root vegetables

3rd Course – Candy Cap/Espresso Pot de Crème: Candy Cap, espresso, chocolate & house whipped cream

Attendance and registration:

Out of consideration for the well-being of all participants, the MMS Board requires that all attendees, including guests, must present proof of their full Covid vaccination, including booster, at the door to be admitted.  Masks are required to be worn inside, except when eating or drinking.  Minimum attendee age is 18.

Cost is $44.00 per person. Seating is limited to the first 120 registrations received. Unless this event fills up earlier, registration will close at the end of the day on Monday, January 24, 2022. Only members can register, but members can add guests (non-members) as additional attendees to their registration. There will be no refunds unless the event is cancelled.

Pre-registration and payment are required on-line.  Members received the latest newsletter issue containing a link to banquet registration on the evening of Friday, Jan. 7.  New members just joining receive the latest newsletter in their confirmation email.
