- Participants in the raffle or silent auction must be present at the time winners are announced to receive their items. Don’t forget to bring cash or checks for your auction purchases. No credit cards accepted.
Luncheon Menu:
Presented by Executive Chef, Dan Calloway
1st Course – Spinach & Maitake Salad: Baby spinach, caramelized Maitake mushrooms, warm pancetta vinaigrette, soft boiled local egg, pickled onion & brie, dinner rolls & butter
2nd Course – Lion’s Mane Butler Steak: Herb seared flat iron steak with Porcini demi-glace, Lion’s Mane, broccolini and fingerling potato
2nd Course – Lion’s Mane Risotto (vegetarian option*): Seared Lion’s Mane, Purple Haze chevre, Porcini imbued risotto & roast root vegetables.
*Our chef says the vegetarian option can be modified on request to be vegan by elimination of eggs, cheeses and substitution of a vegan salad dressing for the pancetta vinaigrette. An alternate vegan dessert is yet to be identified. Vegan requests should sign-up for the vegetarian option on-line, AND ALSO contact Howard Goltz by email to convert the reservation to the vegan modifications.
3rd Course – Candy Cap/Espresso Pot de Crème: Candy Cap, espresso, chocolate & house whipped cream

Mushroom selection is subject to availability as provided by Club members. Menu allergens include eggs, dairy and wheat (the buns). Gluten is not a direct ingredient in the rest of the menu, nor are fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, or soy.
Attendance and registration:
Only MMS members can register, but can add guests (non-members) as additional attendees to their registration. Seating is limited to the first 125 attendees registered.
Cost is $35.00 per person. Cancellations will be refunded $25 through 23 January 2023, none thereafter, unless the entire event is cancelled.
Pre-registration is required on-line, with payment online (preferred) or by mailing a check. Unless this event fills up earlier, registration closes at the end of the day on Monday, January 23, 2023.
