MMS Membership Requirements & Guidelines

Lapsed Members Please renew your membership if you were a member in 2020 or later. If your membership lapsed before 2020, join as a new member.
Age Limit You must be 18 or older to apply for membership. Minors under 18 can be added to an adult’s family membership.
Emails A unique, valid email address is required for every adult named on this form to independently sign our participation waiver online.
Family Eligibility All members on a family plan must reside at the same address.
Minor Waivers Minors need a signature from a legal guardian. If the guardian is not on the membership, please contact the membership coordinator.
Payment Be ready to pay online via PayPal, a major credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay immediately after submitting your application.
State Fair Special Memberships purchased on or after the first day of the Minnesota State Fair are valid through the end of the following calendar year.
